RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your purchase from us, however should you need to make a return, please see our full returns policy below.

Please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt in the same condition you received it in.

Please allow 3-5 working days from when we receive your return to receiving your refund. This will be credited by the same method of payment used for your original purchase.

To return your item please re-pack it in the original packaging with labels and tags still attached, along with your invoice and reason for return.

Please use the return address label provided with your order.

We do advise to return your item using the Post Office and recommend that you obtain proof of postage. Please keep this safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

We do recommend sending your return either signed for or by recorded delivery.

​

All return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
